Kuns Co-authors Borrow Smart, Retire Rich

At a time when many people are teetering on the edge of financial disaster and are in desperate need of money, co-authors Jeff Kuns and Todd Ballenger have written a book explaining HOW to borrow wisely. Jeff Kuns, partner in the mortgage company America’s First Funding Group, with offices in Neptune, New Jersey, and Beverly Hills and Sacramento, California, has co-authored the book Borrow Smart, Retire Rich. Kuns and co-author Todd Ballenger of KendallTodd, Inc., Chapel Hill, N.C., show the average house-rich but cash-poor American how to actually create wealth by managing liabilities.

According to Kuns and Ballenger, managing your liabilities can transform one’s financial future. The book helps to answer such questions as:
How can I protect my house equity from depreciation? Foreclosure? Lawsuits?
How and when can I access the wealth in my house?
When does the return on my house have little or no impact on my net worth?
How can borrowing (or not borrowing) dramatically affect my savings?
When should I prepay my mortgage? And how?
How can I minimize taxes when I see my house?
