SAMR Receives ISO 14001 Certification

LAKEWOOD, NJ – SAMR (Supreme Asset Management & Recovery) Lakewood, N.J., a leading IT asset management and recycling company, has received ISO 14001 Environmental Standard Certification. ISO, the International Standards Organization, standardizes the requirements for products, services, processes, materials and systems worldwide.

The ISO 14001 Standard is recognized internationally as the accepted criterion for environmental management systems. It was created by the International Organization for Standardization to help organizations minimize their impact on the environment, and to comply with related laws, regulations, and requirements. Fulfilling these requirements demands objective evidence that can be audited to prove that the environmental management system is operating effectively and is in conformity to the standard.

"SAMR is devoted to the environment and sustainability,” said Charlie McFadden, SAMR vice president of business development and asset management. “We are continuously improving our environmental assurance and performance in all business activities to have the least impact on our environment and the least burden for future generations."
