No Slowdown in Commercial Real Estate Market in Monmouth County - Bollerman Development Corporation Sees Growth First-hand

The commercial real estate market is showing no signs of slowing its growth and development in Monmouth County, New Jersey. According to Mary Beth Priestley, vice president and manager of brokerage at Bollerman Development Corporation, Red Bank, NJR Home Services, a division of New Jersey Natural Gas, who leased a 25,800 square foot building, has moved into its new headquarters address in the Allaire Corporate Campus in Wall Township, joining tenants Depot America and Dialight Corporation.

Already there is a flurry of interest in a 25,800 square foot one-story twin building, available and ready for tenant’s build out, in the same corporate campus. The smallest available unit is 8,700 square feet. Warehouse or storage space with an 18-foot high ceiling and a loading dock is also available.

Besides the available twin building, a 60,000 square foot building, which can be subdivided into 30,000 square foot spaces, has been approved and is ready for construction.

The Allaire Corporate Campus is made up of five architecturally integrated landscaped buildings, totaling 225,000 square feet on 28.37 acres, located at the corner of Highway 34 South and Belmar Boulevard. Each building has gas, electric, sanitary sewer, water, fiber optics, and a sprinkler system.

Jim Bollerman, president of Bollerman Real Estate Services, says, “Technology, medical services, and professional services companies are growing and seeking commercial space in Monmouth County.”
